Providing affordable homes for our tenants is the reason we exist. Because demand is so high, we spend a lot of time considering our Allocations Policy.

Our Allocations policy is something we review on a regular basis. 

A new application process and Allocations policy has been approved by the Board on 17/01/24 and is now available to view below. Our Application forms are also available to download below.
